Reviewers frequently highlight the generous portion sizes and the restaurant’s excellent value for money. The quality and texture of the noodles and meats, including tendon and tripe, are noted as standouts, contributing to a genuine dining experience reminiscent of Taiwan. The establishment’s cleanliness, both in the dining area and washrooms, is commonly appreciated, as is the efficient and accommodating service. While the restaurant is popular enough to attract wait times, customers generally find the wait worthwhile. Overall, Uno Beef Noodle is recognized for delivering a reliable, authentic, and satisfying Taiwanese meal in a clean and welcoming environment.
It's best to come early to avoid being waitlisted. Surprisingly I enjoyed the Dumpling in Hot & Sour soup more than the Beef Noodle Soup (A3)! Great value for money as the portions are very reasonable. Service is quick and accommodating. Also, the washrooms are very clean! :)
Wasn't expecting a lineup on Mother's Day—but hey, c’est la vie when it comes to popular spots! We arrived around 12:20 PM and sure enough, there was already a queue forming. We were told the wait would be about 40 minutes, and they were spot on. After soaking up some sunshine on the bench outside, we were finally seated just after 1 PM. Totally worth the wait. Everyone in our group raved about the beef noodles—rich, savory, and soul-warming—and the bubble tea was on point. I’d definitely come back, but next time I’ll be smarter and hop in the virtual line via the Google link before heading over.
Tried the spicy beef noodle soup & popcorn chicken and it was very tasty! Both super well made and nice texture too! Would definitely love to come back in the future! Very clean space too
I love this restaurant because i love their Beef tendon and tripe noodle soup and Marinated intestine and Marinated tendon and I still missed it until now as I live in a different province. When are you coming to Alberta? Marinated inyestine with the hot steam rice is heavenly paired with Shrimp Hakaw and finish it strong with Oolong bubble tea. Thank you for making my vacation a delicious experience!
Wow, this is some of the best Beef Noodle Soup (Beef & Tendon) I've ever had. Thick noodles were perfectly made, and the beef and tendon were extremely tender and very well portioned. Even had my mother and father-in-law and nephew, stateside, from Taiwan, and the nephew said ,"回到台灣了." We also really enjoyed the Chicken Cutlet Combo. Tasted like Taiwan, more than any place we've tried (in Seattle) thus far! Dim Sum items were pretty good too. Thank you! The menu is large, and we need to go back to try more things. Would even make a trip across the border just for more!!
Easily just became one of my top beef noodle restaurants. Great portion sizes and the broth was very flavourful. The hot and sour soup was excellent as well!
Had beef noodles and chives dumpling. Noodles were savory and the chive dumplings were made freshy and juicy. A definite recommend. Will come back to try more dimsum dishes!
Tasty food and very attentive and kind waiters/waitresses! They gave me additional free clear soup to go, because my mom couldn’t eat too salty foods. Really appreciate this kind gesture. Will come back again!
